How can I help?
After years as a senior manager in global organizations, I launched my own consulting and training practice.
Since then, I’ve worked with hundreds of professionals worldwide.
I bring over 18 years of experience in training and consulting, and an expertise in strategic management, professional development, and adult learning.
I hold a BA in psychology, an MBA with a specialization on organizational development, and I’m currently pursuing a PhD.
My approach in a nutshell: classic organizational practices are fine as a foundation, but real progress comes from playing with unconventional ideas: engaging with chaotic, creative and challenging experiments is what makes professionals grow and perform.
